Rules & Guidelines

To keep the Enrichment Room safe, clean, and enjoyable for every dog and owner, please review and follow the guidelines below.

By booking a session, you agree to these policies.

Responsibility & Supervision

  • Dogs must be supervised by their adult owner at all times.
  • You are fully responsible for your dog’s behavior, safety, and any damages caused.
  • Dogs must remain under your control throughout your session.
  • Cell phone use is a distraction. Please keep it to a minimum.

Private Session Policy

  • If another dog is arriving or leaving, please remain in your car until the space is clear.
  • Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the building.

Health & Safety Requirements

  • All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations or have valid titer testing.
  • No puppies under 4 months of age allowed.
  • No sick, injured, contagious, or flea-infested dogs allowed.
  • No dogs in heat.
  • Dogs must be comfortable around humans.
  • No glass containers allowed on the premises.

First Visit Requirement

  • All first-time visits must be booked as a guided session.
  • This ensures that you and your dog know how to use the space safely and effectively.

Behavior Expectations

  • Excessive barking is not permitted.
  • Aggressive behavior toward humans is not allowed.
  • If your dog becomes overly stressed or unsafe, you may be asked to end your session early.

Cleanliness

  • Please allow your dog time to relieve themselves outside before coming into the play space.
  • Try to prevent all marking behavior inside.
  • If an accident happens, please clean up after your dog immediately.
  • Cleaning supplies are provided.
  • A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive messes or accidents.

Equipment & Space Use

  • Equipment and play structures are for dogs only.
  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
  • Please use equipment as intended and with care.

Food & Treats

  • Dog treats are allowed.
  • Human food and drinks are not allowed (except water).
  • Please be mindful when using treats during activities.

Multiple Dogs

  • You may book your session with more than one dog, but no more than 5 dogs at a time.
  • Additional dogs are an extra $10 for self-guided sessions or $15 for trainer-guided sessions

General Rules

  • An Enrichment Room staff member will always be present.
  • Exterior doors will be locked during your session to ensure no interruption.
  • Shoes must be worn at all times.
  • No smoking, vaping, chew/pouches, alcohol, firearms, or weapons on the premises.
  • Civility and cooperation are expected.
  • Owners and dog handlers are responsible and liable for all damage or injury inflicted by their dogs, or their owners and guests.  We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. 

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 6 hours before your appointment to receive a refund.

If cancelled with less than 6 hours before your appointment, you will be responsible for the full payment.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not refund appointments for being late, forgetting about your appointment, or for bad weather.

Respecting the Space

The Enrichment Room is designed to be a calm, safe, and positive environment.
Anyone not following these rules may be asked to leave without a refund.

Agreement

By entering The Enrichment Room, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to follow all rules and accept responsibility for your dog.
