Here's the breakdown of each session:

1. You'll learn the basics of canine enrichment and start with the passive enrichment category, with a focus on bonding activities
2. Next, we'll go over the training enrichment category and learn the calm dog game for the dogs who need to learn an off switch
3. Problem-solving and confidence-building work hand in hand, and in this session, you'll learn activities for both
4. The entire fourth session is dedicated to sniffing activities and the importance of allowing your dog to sniff
5. Focusing on the enrichment category of natural instincts helps to give your dog the outlet they crave

By the end of the 5 sessions, you'll have a simple plan to continue adding enrichment into your dog's daily routine so they can live a calmer, happier, more fulfilled life
